Add Recipients

Recipients are the GSTINs that will receive ITC from the ISD GSTIN. Octa uses the turnover entered for each recipient to calculate the auto-distribution ratio.

In the Recipients tab, add every recipient GSTIN and its effective turnover. The Effective Turnover Period is the period from which the entered turnover should be considered for that GSTIN.

#Add a Recipient

1. Go to the Recipients tab.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the recipient GSTIN.
4. Click the Pull button to fetch the GSTIN name and address automatically.
5. Click Add Turnover.
6. Select the Effective Turnover Period.
7. Enter the Turnover amount.
8. Click OK to save the recipient details.

Repeat these steps for all recipient GSTINs before running ITC distribution.
