    • I don’t need all the features of Premium subscription. Can I buy the subscription with only certain features?

      Sure, we can customise the subscriptions to include just the features you need. You will only pay for what you really use.

    • Can I subscribe for one month or one quarter?

      Sorry, we offer the annual subscriptions only.

    • Can I subscribe for 3 years?

      Sorry, we offer the annual subscriptions only.

    • How will you support me?

      We offer standard support to all our customers which include the support over phone, email and whatsapp. Please visit our support page for more information.

    • Can you customise the software as per my requirements?

    • Does the price include the taxes?

      No. All subscription prices are exclusive of taxes.

    • Is there any additional charge for new versions and updates?

      No. All updates and new versions will be available to you without any additional charge, as long as your subscription is active.

    • What does the invoice limit mean?

      Invoice limit is applied on each GSTIN and each month independently. For example, 250 invoices/month limit means that every month, for each GSTIN, you can have upto 250 documents in your sales register, purchase register, GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, and GSTR-2B.

    • Can I see a working demo of Octa GST before I decide?

      Sure, please get in touch with our sales team (details below). We will organise a demo for you.

    • Can I renew my subscription before the subscription expiry?

      Yes. You can renew your subscription 1 month before it expires. We recommend that you renew the subscription timely to avoid any disruption in your work. Please note that even if you renew your subscription before expiry, it will still be extended from the expiry date and you will not lose any subscription period.

    • Which payment modes are supported?

      We accept online payments made using all major credit cards, debit cards, Internet-banking, mobile wallets and UPI. If you prefer, you can also pay via NEFT.

    • Do you support international credit cards?

      Yes.

    • Can I pay using NEFT?

      Yes. Our bank account details will be displayed on our Customer Portal after you place the order.

    • Can I pay offline (cheque / DD / cash)?

      No. We accept only online payments.

    • How do you ensure the security of payment details (card/bank)?

      We use a industry leading PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay). Your payment details are used by Razorpay directly. We don’t access or store your card/bank details.

    • Do you offer a refund?

      No. We encourage you to see the demo and perform your due diligence before you make a decision. But once an order has been processed, we will not be able to refund it.

    • I lost my password, how do I get into my account?

      Click on the Login button in the top-right corner and use the Reset Password facility.
